I have a Vorke Z6 tv box.I successfully managed to boot coreelec with Kodi from microSD,but I gave up because I didn't know where to save repozitories. Now I will have to try again with the instructions you gave me,because lately I have formated microSD to put recovery and magisk to root my tv box(I rooted it).But when I have time,I'll install again coreelec and Netflix and report back!

First, what box are you asking about ?
Second, working Netflix in 720p is certainly possible only in Kodi that is installed with CoreElec, not in Android. Ofcourse first you have to get CoreElec working on your box, because not all are supported. Some boxes have locked bootloader and on those it's impossible to install CoreElec.
For instructions how to install CoreElec on an Amlogic box go to official CoreElec website: https://coreelec.org/
To install Netflix addon in Kodi first read this from official Netflix addon Kodi forum thread: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=329767

Thanks mates.Just to understand..Will at least 720P play if I just install Kodi as normal app?Or for 720P will I have to make kodi/coreelec etc bootable from a microSD?720P will be perfect though, because I own a good sony tv that although Netflix streams at 540P (SD) it boosts stream to much more good quailty.I don't know how it manages this, but some say that x-reality chip do this job..

Once CoreElec is installed you have a full version of Kodi 18.4 on your uSD card and all data transfer can be done with Kodi File Manager.
You can create any folder on "storage" partition without affecting your CE or Kodi installation.
So, you can create a "download" folder and transfer to it any "repository.zip" and install it with Kodi addon installer.
For Netflix addon you can download it anywhere from here, copy it to a Fat32 formatted USB flash drive or directly to storage/download folder you created.
Then you install that Netflix addon, (either directly from USB flash drive or from your donload folder) and it will install automatically all needed dependencies and necessary Widevine decrypting library (libwidevinecdm.so)
The other way to install Netflix addon is to first install repository.castagnait-1.0.0.zip and then install latest NF addon from that repository.
Depending on the box SoC you'll get 1080p on S922 SoC, and only 720p on S912 and S905X boxes, as they don't have enough juice to software decode 1080p streams.

If you are using an Android phone, you can use X-plore app to access your coreELEC. Download the repository to your phone, using that app copy it to your folder on the CoreELEC box.

No,I meant this pen drive wasn't recognized from my tv box,so to just choose it from coreelec to install! On pc will be easy..But as I said,I don't remember a "download" folder inside coreelec folders. And I am afraid that if I create a new downloader folder inside coreelec contents, maybe then coreelec won't boot from my tv box!

If you have any storage devices connected to your network, CoreELEC/LibreELEC/OpenELEC can access that device. In my case, I have multiple networked storage devices (NAS's), so I have all my repo's and app zip files store on one of those devices. When I install a new OS, I just point the OS To the storage device that has the repo's that I wish to install.
