Can you help me identify what this model is and what firmware is correct to upload?

Hi to all is this a Alfawise box? it says S912 it is 2GB Ram 16GB Rom had anyone of you the same box can I upload a custom rom? When I reboot and comes to the hme screen it freezes.

It looks like it but there are some many different versions out there. What you can do is open the box and see what board you have inside. Use a fine flat blade screw driver or a credit card/plastic card to lift up on the top of the box to expose the 4 screws. I would say any of the Alfawise H96pro firmwares should work..
