I have tried turning 3g off but still get the same kernel wakelock problem, it isn't helping battery life so I might go back to a previous version.

      Thanks

Do you really use the 3G?

If not, I would try the wifi version and see if that solves your problem.

Also, you might try flashing this ROM with the kernel from 1.6.

        Just a thought.

That is the main reason why I didn't include CWM in my ROMs for a long time. You might try plugging in a USB keyboard or mouse to see if that works.

I am now running the wifi version of 1.6 and can confirm that I no longer get the kernel wake lock problem.

Seems a strange solution to the 3g problem?

I also have another problem, I keep being prompted to install a 120kb OTA update, if I agree it installs and restarts the tablet only to be greeted by a broken android symbol at boot?

I am now just ignoring the OTA update request.

                Thanks.

CWM can be navigated using swipes and power to confirm.

Same here, using 1.6 pre release.
I noticed that the OTA zip file is downloaded to your root folder, also tried installing it via CWM but I get an error...
So I removed the RKUpdateService (I think) manually, seems it got the rid of the anoying message so far.

I have just uninstalled the RK update service using titanium back, no more OTA updates

                          New problem:
My NAND flash memory got stuck and I can't read or write data.
In Settings -> Storage it just says "Estimating..." on every "category".

I can't find rk update in titanium. How did you do that? And what is the directory to the file to erase it manually?
