after changing to 3A , all good , if no HW you can be happy and only wait till they will

release a new FW , (shit , why SC gets no X99)

-yesterday I got a new PSU 5V/3Amper
so my "power issue" is gone!

2A do not real support for the power action if you use it ext.HDD and using more USB ports as well

NOTE;I'v two ext.HDD(and both are 1Tb)

1-WD;no power issue! with 2A PSU fast/smooth etc.,
2-Toshiba;problem with 2A PSU! freeze/reset/re-start and problem with especially fast-forwarding!! but with 3A no any issue!

So you should be use at least 3A PSU

Mine is(vendor saying) local Turkish made! but I do not believe,those are all Chinese
might be I'll buy 4A in near future

And Type-C Port very important for me and till today I'v already tried 5 different quality Cables and Adapters and no one is worked!
yesterday bought my 5th.Adapter and does not work!
So how many time do I buy Cable/Adapter for the "Type-C Port"

PLS GIVE ME BRAND/TYPE Type-C CABLE????

LOL sorry about the cable, i got lucky and i have a unbranded one here that worked great... i also have a Khadas Vim one that is great quality and dont work ok... so for me this is a mix of HW thing and Soft thing!
Btw... the type C port is always in OTG mode! that is why you cant use it when the box boot... now that is soft...!
What this means... this is a big mess lol

I do not think the issue of "HW" because we have been used this port when "flashing" and its work!
Or at least I did it when I'v flashed(for 17.12.2018 FW)

Also MagicSEE Co. knew it this issue and they told us that they will release FW for this?? but where is it
Might be after Chinese Holiday

Yesterday I'v also bought a new PSU with "3"Amper
Testing especially for fast-farward/rewind moves with my ext.HDD and no problem!
2Amper definitely not proper for this device! change with 3A even 4A !!!

Therefore my new Box "A95X MAX" has not arived yet,after week-end holiday probably I'll collect
within next week.

maybe your Problem with type C is HW & SW , but do not think that bying MORE C cable ,

Just got my box... one thing i notice... the powersupply is not strong enough and the type C really needs a good cable to work!
This is just what i see in a fast test... i cant touch more now... in the next weeks i will come back to it!

Try sd update I posted earlier. It is a month newer and may have had some good news there since 12/17.idk
Tried the leaia 18 release yet?

actually I do not! or worry about it!
still no any "stable" FW!

I always use it KODI(all versions) but KODI is O.K
18LEIA is also OK(I feel it more fast!)
Or at least it comes to me "good" and might be some one can say mine is having issue

And so with all players.

BUT with "10-bit" videos only "SW" work and HW/HW+ doesnt work!

With original PSU Maxtor M3 4TB works OK in USB3

I bought MeanWell GS25B05-P1J PSU 5V 4A

4K 10bit colors are washed but when you press menu button the colors are ok. Why?

There's a color management in android settings... Tried it to set a baseline?
