Without shipping the device to them, about 40 USD is my bet.
Good luck though. Let us know what happens.
in frankly,my paid amount "doesnt matter"!
just we are talking some thoughts

but last time GB refund me $ 42(against $ 139)!! my prime cost $ 97 and device stay with me
this time might be do it again "some buck"! so doesnt matter,$ 40 is fine+device stay with me

    Hi Clark

Keep in mind, that there is a real rule>>> ""Pio and Others""

Pio has own "White-wash" and works on very well
Other Brand Plasmas and OLED are not similar such a Pio way!

Pio-burn in risk very low even Not(techiancally "yes")

All static-images risky for Plasma and Oled
Even Oleds worst for risk of Burn-in and its out of Guarantee!!

    New-Tech;OLED O.K
    Old Tech Plasma(Pio);still very good(HW/FW)

    So "Pio and Others"

These sellers are not in the business to lose real money, just maybe sacrifice some profit.

My pioneer has a built in screen cleaner that runs a brilliant white vertical band that rolls left to right across the screen for 30 minutes when activated, then shuts down. It effectively blows out any burning. Perhaps you can find or build a simple 3rd party app that does the same..

Plug and play? Run about anything, with real support?
Yea, gotta go Shield then. Otherwise, the 905x2 sound real promising, and will get the efforts of great developers. Look at the boxes favored by superceleron and magendanz... They run very well, are pretty flexible, and have the twrp recovery/ backup.

I am tempted to try an H6 though, maybe the newest Sunvell H6 model...But I can't find any user details yet.
If this n6 disappoints, I will be following my own advice this time. No more horsepower lust for me.
    Good luck

The box you mentioned caught my attention when it came out, seems like a good value. I think it will attract some developer.
Gotta say though ... I haven't heard a bad story about the Shield, except maybe it has a bit more legal oversight, and possible limitations accordingly.
I wanted to check out the A95X Max as i can install a 2.5" SSD inside, the pricess of SSD are at an all time low.
The nvidia shield is an excellent device however, the remote will never replace a mouse for the ease of use,

I have been using an X96(without bluetooth) for the last 3 years and it served me very well till now.
I also bought the MI TV box was happy with the [icture quality etc but it did not work with a mouse.
(so left click on the mouse to get into the app and right click to exit app guess Android TV OS does not support those functions of the HID device)

would you know is there a better way to control the shield?

I flashed the MK39 firmware on the N6 but the upgrade gets stuck hald way through (SD card method)
After some more work was able to recover it using USB method. (i will not advice cross flashing after this experience)

In your view what are the other boxes that i should look at. Does the H6 have good reviews.
Cause even if i retain this device after partial refubd i am sure this device will stay crippled as I do not expect fixes to the firmware.

    Hi sidglide

    I'll buy SHIELD

-Oled or PDP risky for Burn-in especially using with without S.Saver-Sleep functions does not work out!

    -Forget it AMLogic!

My way go to Refund/Partial refund or might be exchange with X99 but X99 also has a lot of known issues!
So Shield $ 149,well its nice price though(and if buy from here its comes to me around $210/220 Shipment+Duty paid)

I'v been bought my Box fm GBest $ 113(Shipment+Insurance paid) if they back partialy well at least $ 100 is O.K
    or $ 90

I had good experiences with amlogic 905x.
Hopefully this will hold as well....
Any suggestions for a new device please do suggest.
