    we recently updated MECOOL KM9 on Android 9, but PIA vpn does not work anymore.
    If PIA vpn is offline, the ethernet works well.
    Before Upgrade Works with Android 8.1.
    there is a solution to this problem?
    which I can find the original one firmware Android 8.1. ?

    Did you follow this procedure?? Usually, when it stops at 7%, that means a wrong firmware being installed.
