One 4k with vc1?I think libreelec(Amlogic s905x s912) will play that .Do you like PQ on nvidia shield?

I tried that and it still does NOT HEAR me. The little colored buttons at the bottom of the screen pop up and wiggle, but can't hear me. I have a remote with a dongle and voice button and the assistant works with that. So, it appears to be the stock Bluetooth remote..........

They only removed Netflix there but still HBO appearing....and HBO is not working. As I said, the promotion of the article is a scam.

I use this device because for my type of usage is perfect but i totally understand someone who saw the product page and bought this thinking about using it with HBO and Netflix.

    We, as costumers, should complain

Talk to paypal, they have to take it back and refund you (if you paid using paypal, of course)

The only thing we can do now is wait for HACKER here...hope they could make a CRACK for this.
KM9 or these other Android Boxes being discussed here ... most of them are not authorized.
They are all opycats developed by small and unknown brands.

Don't buy these cheapy box next time if you really need NETFLIX or other paid service.
You can go for FIRETV STICK 4K (2018) or MIBOX S.
They're doing promotion right now in Amazon and Walmart respectively at thirty something USD.
Yeah, I konw that and that?s what i always said but the ads of the product are misleading people with wrong information

Also, the site you post is really incomplete: Only says Chromecast and Apple TV as certificied devices (doesn?t say anything about Xiaomi or Nvidia Shield)

Time to take up knitting clarkss12
I guess, I can take up knitting... maybe I am expecting too much from these boxes, especially from Mecool. Mecool has been trailblazing with new features, but now they are going backwards, I expected way more from them.

We did a check on this and we are aware that some members are experiencing this. Good news is, there is nothing wrong with your device or your account. Our engineers are already working on having this resolved the soonest possible time! For the meantime, please continue to use Netflix on an alternate device.
Well in this case we will respect your decision if you'll wish to cancel since we are still working on a fix for this issue and We do not have a guaranteed time frame as to when will this be resolve but rest assured that our Tier 3 engineers are currently working on a permanent fix for this. At this point, we ask for your patience and understanding as we try to work this out from our end. This might take more than a week or so just to set proper expectation.
    That said on Netflix chat..

You must not have an AVR system, and use the very basic apps.... It is definitely not a media center device.

    Here is my review.
