I did the update, but I really did not notice much difference.

Note that I'm seeing issues connecting via WiFi after flashing from the burn package. Bluetooth seems to be working fine, however, and I was able to revive my old bricked device with it. Widevine L1 keys are intact.

UPDATE: The WiFi issue was a problem with file contexts and had been fixed. The link above should be good now.

Note that I was able to recover this box with the latest Amlogic burn package that I just posted. No shorting pins for Mask ROM Mode required. All I did was connect the USB OTG cable.

My Mecool KM9 has a version of V0828.20181109. Dolby Digital does NOT work on a lot of apps, .......... Live TV from Emby and Plex, the audio plays but video is frozen (not a buffering issue). Live TV playing on the native HDHomeRun app plays well with DD.

Some sort of hacked Netflix 4K. It lacks the proper certification, so if you want Netflix 4K one should not buy it.
