Just FYI, my new KM9 arrived yesterday with more recent OEM firmware release (OPM1.171019.011 V0828.20181122). I've ripped the partitions from the device and will be creating a burn package (.img file), but if someone spots an official release please let me know.

Okay, here's the Amlogic burn package (.img file) for this new 20181122 OEM firmware release: KM9_OPM1.171019.011 V0828.20181122.imgLast edited by Guest; 18 December 2018, 12:37.

Note that I'm seeing issues connecting via WiFi after flashing from the burn package. Bluetooth seems to be working fine, however, and I was able to revive my old bricked device with it. Widevine L1 keys are intact.
UPDATE: The WiFi issue was a problem with file contexts and had been fixed. The link above should be good now.Last edited by Guest; 18 December 2018, 12:39.

So, the WiFi problem seems to be cured when reverting from sparse to normal Ext4 images, indicating that the problem is with file permissions created using make_ext4fs. I'll probably need to make some tweaks to the file_contexts, but until then I've made the normal version of OPM1.171019.011 V0828.20181122 available again here: http://freaktab.org/bc7c6c5797215526
