Hi all I got magisk installed used Google translate on 4pda and made a account, wasn't easy without knowing Russian lol.
Thanks to Vasily_5 and 7usher7 on 4pda (Copied 7usher7's post)
Instructions
1. Download the TWRP_322.zip place it on microSD flash drive with magisk 18 zip and magisk apk.
2. Enter the stock recovery by pressing reset switch located in the A/V input and plugging in the power while holding reset switch in until it boots to recovery.
3. Remote move to the Apply Update From EXT. > Update From SDcard >TWRP_322.ZIP . And we get into TvRP, then you need a mouse.
4. Make a backup of your firmware on a USB flash drive through the button "Backup".
5. Install the root through the "Install" button. Then restart the console.
6. Through the file manager, go to the USB flash drive and install the Magisk Manager .
All actions are at your own risk and risk, no one except you is responsible for your console.
May work for other devices with X905x2 like x96 Max and beelink mini.Last edited by Rustdroid; 14 December 2018, 08:12.

Nothing you can do as the firmware doesn't have support for it and Mecool(Videostrong) won't fix it.
Better look for a LibreELEC compatible device then you won't ever have problems with frame-rate switching.

What about HDMI self-adaption in settings? There is off, self mode and totle mode?

Mecool doesn't do ota updates and have to much Google Widevine legal trouble now(from bypassing Google DRM limits to use HD Netflix), so don't expect an update to fix this.
In Kodi, you must check if all the resolutions are available in the System - Display - Whitelist options, if they are missing then your device doesn't support auto frame-rate switching.
With auto frame-rate switching all your 23.976, 24, 25, 30, 50, 59.97, 60hz videos will auto switch and then go back to the default resolution after video playback.
The Mecool KM9 is a S905x2 device and LibreELEC(Linux Kodi OS) said they have no time now to test S905X2 devices and it will take several months before support are added for them.

I heard bad things about Vorke devices on freaktab.
Users say they are part of Geekbuying.
Only devices I know supporting auto frame-rate are some devices which have custom firmwares from superceleron, Ugoos devices and firmware I make for Rockchip devices.
Even the Xiaomi Mi devices don't even have auto frame-rate support.
Here are a few devices that can also boot LibreELEC(that supports auto frame-rate) from a microsd card
Only solution in your case is to manually change the resolution each time before you play a video for now.
