i have MX10 4gb/64gb it has android 8.1 i want to downgrade to 7.1 noghat i got all driver and android on geekbuying 1st time it connected with factory tool 1.6 and it started upgrading when it goes 15% it failed after that my box just red light on nothing else no connected with computer i install alot of drivers but the factory tool not detect my box just red light on plz help me i am worried about my box because 2 month ago i bought it plz some one help me

Hello,
So the Factory Tool is not the right one to Burn these Box.
You have to use Android Tool also you have to erase the Box incl. Bootloader before Downgrade.

Start the Tool connect your Box in Upgrade Mode an do the following:
1.: Click on "Upgrade Firmware"
2.: Click on "Firmware" and select your Android 7.1 Firmware
3.: Now Click on "Erase Flash"
After that your Device is in Mask Rom Mode
4.: You can now Downgrade your Device with the Press on "Upgrade"
That?s it.
If it not Work proper then also connect the Power Cord after you put the Device in Upgrade Mode.

Make sure you installed the right drivers or your computer will not detect the box at all.

Download this document and try from step 1 to the end it worked for my brother when he was in the same boat. If this doesn't work then I am lost mate.
