X96Max_V311:the latest firmware

hello my version is X96Max_V311R_P 4/32 your box is the same I want to test slimbox atv thank you for your answer.

My box is the same X96Max but i was running stock firmware. My box came from china.
X96MAX_V311R_P i do not think that is stock firmware. You are the only person i have ever seen post that.
I have no idea what the R_P stands for but i have never seen a stock firmware with that in it.

You may want to load a stock firmware then try the slimbox pom again.

I can confirm that the Wireless and Bluetooth both work on my X96Max Plus2 boxes,
I did not test Wireless and Bluetooth on my X96Max, i think i did connect my Bluetooth speaker but not sure it was the x96max box, as that was my old box, first one i test slimbox on, then went right to loading my 3 new Max Plus2 boxes, been using them every since the X96Max is on the shelf..

EDIT:

I read at 4pda site the following on how to tell what version you have, you have to remove the bottom of the box and look at the board and it has one of the following labels

Open the console and look at the markings on the board next to the processor.

My x96max was not an R_P version firmware.
Your board is not listed as an old version x96max so it is not an old version supported by project slimbox

Good morning to all, X96MAX 4G 64G Motherboard Q5X2 V5.0 18436 8.1.0 / OPM1.171019.011 / 20190319 I need the original firmware to flash. Apparently it can only be flashed with the exact version. I have tried with all the firmwares that I have found since 2018 and 2019 and it gives me the same error. 1% with] - [0x10103005] Romcode / Initialize DDR / Download buffer / Read item data failed I have changed usb ports, with different cables and different versions of USB Burning Tools up to 2.0.7. Creating a sd with the Burn Card Maker when starting the upgrade restarts, re-enters upgrading and restarts again. So continuously. I can't access the recovery, but the PC recognizes it when I connect it with the USB cable. Thank you
