Hi I've just flashed v2 poison rom on my Bqeel AX9 max 2gb and 16gb everything installed without any issues. However I've just imported the revised rom from the only working link within this thread question is is the revised rom the v4 that this thread is about?

Not, you have one of the many TX3 clones, this device even fakes (trough firmware) amount of RAM installed.
S905W SoC can adress only 2GB of RAM, so Poison firmware shows right 2/16GB configuration.
