I have now flashed wifi-fix.zip via TWRP and cleaned Dalvik Cache too.
I have restarted the TV box 2 times now.
Issue: Wifi is still NOT working. Essentially when I turn on Wifi, after a second it gets to turned-off position.

While I understand why you are asking this question, I am unable to answer.
This is a funny looking box without any screw attached so I am unsure how to open this box and thus cannot take the picture of the PCB board.
Coreelec works in this box and through that I can find the which wifi module is loaded in the kernel.

I now have installed this ROM from above link and everything works including Remote and Wifi.
I have installed via USB Burning tool method as the SD card burn method failed to install this ROM.

First flash stock and after that custom firmware. Flash the firmware with normal erase don't use full erase in USB Burning Tool, (or try to flash without erase option - after that do factory reset).
