I have found a temp fix for my video issues, this program makes an invisible cursor that seems to fix my problem. A permanent fix would be great though.

I can't personally verify that this will work, though it might be another option.

Still Got Skipping Issues

I've have got this new MK808b clone as well. Got it from Afunta through Amazon. I've pasted these pictures from another post as the clone doesn't have a name yet. Someone should name it! I would but I'm a NOOB!
After a day or two my clone got stuck whilst booting so I did some research and flashed the imito MX1 / MX2 finless 1.7a rom (went for 720 res option). The device now works, without BT (as expected), which is great ...but...
I still get frames skipping when streaming from Netflix and XBMC. Pretty sure it's not WiFi and have tried mains power. The skipping is very noticeable during big panning motions as you would expect and gets worse with higher def clips.
I tried the cursor fix but this didn't work - I know the fix was for playing from USB but I thought I'd give it a try...
So my question is does anyone have smooth Netflix/ XBMC playback with this clone? If so how?! Or does anyone have any suggestions?
Is there a better Rom I could use instead of the Imito for this device?
Cheers in advance.

You can post pics of that clone to the thread about identifying clones, so maybe it can be added to the list ---> http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...-identify-them
Digitop's ROMs are a great choice --- best benchmark scores of any custom ROM available, I believe. I just don't know if WiFi / BT will work on the clone... Might be as easy as taking the kernel.img from a clone ROM that is working for you and using that rather than the kernel.img included with the custom ROM. Not positive:

Lots of devices being sold on **** right now are Cozyswan 'clone' devices. See here for the stock rom. You will need to extract the kernel with the tool posted here http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...Firmware-Tools, also try to extract the system.img file as the bluetooth drivers are mostly located in system/etc and post it here so that we know what Bluetooth the 'clone' devices have. If you have a CozySwan device, only wifi will work with a stock kernel, because the Bluetooth files are included in the stock firmware. This rom is only compatible with RK901 & RK903 Wifi/Bluetooth Combo. If someone copies the stock firmware Bluetooth files from Realtek/Mediatek into system/etc they might be able to get Bluetooth working on a 'clone' device by 'insmod' the drivers.
