Help with recovery button S90X M9C Pro

I cant turn on the box as it is stuck on red led. It won?t go blue. In order to flash another ROMs I need to get the device in recovery mode and I cant find it. There isn?t one under AV port.

All help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi ,

i already answer in the other Thread , no chance to recover this way you must flash new / Stockrom

or any really KNOWN compatible Rom , maybe ATVExperience for your SOC , but what ever you want

to do , ALWAYS ask in the specific Thread for Info & help .

Hi ,

what , you can flash any / .img / Rom that fits with your Box ,

with your PC , no need to use Recovery , nobody does it this

Way , not really good supported with CWM only with TWRP

it is possible but for this you need the right TWRP and the

right /.zip / to flash , do it with PC , best Way ,

Okay, I think I was unable to explain clearly

I have been trying to flash via USB Burning Tool and not any custom recovery,
unfortunately my device won't get recognised.

In youtube tutorials where they ask to press the recovery button with a toothpick, I don't have that button or infact any button on my box.

I am so troubled

Hi ,

so if you really have no Button for Recovery you must "shortPins" to get your Box

recogniced by PC , this are two Pins on the NandChip , if old solder method is used

and you can see the Pins beside the Nand , if not u must for sure "short" some other

Points on your Board , to get it back to life , you can find many Infos about "shortPins"

so called "MASKROMMODE" , here on FT or online , hope you get it back to life ,

Hi again ,

not sure but i think you can use the two round Points in front

of the solder Row (build date on the left side) , to short Pins ,

some PCBs have the extra Points near Nand , for that , but no

Guarantee , but please first read & look how it must be done ,

I was able to get the device connected. It appears in USB burning tool after shorting two pins.

But

I get error at 2%.

Hi ,

if you get a direct Error message , it is most a wrong Rom , what did the Error

Message say , did you use the right USB Cable / Flashcable , i am not a AML

Flasher , so i not really can help , dont give up , greetings / gefattern
