I hope I can help try this:
1 download the twrp zip and the twrp backup
2 unzip the twrp backup and copy both onto your sd card
3 Restart the BOX in recovery mode (you need a cable mouse or air mouse to operate twrp)
4 in recovery mod you click on "update from EXT" >>> from sdcard >>> TWRP_3.2.2_Android_9.0.zip do not install the twrp app from the store
5 now starts twrp move the blue field with the mouse to the right
6 now go to Restore >>> select storage >>> micro SD card >>> choose the backup >>> select all partitios >>> swipe to restore now the restore starts, I hope it works for you too

thank you for your help, i will ttry now.... copy zip twrp and unziped twrp 3.2.2 onto sd. In choose a backup do i need a firmware?

you restore your firmware and your box will start normally again

but make sure this is for an A95x F3 you have A96x F3

Just send that POS back. It's like all the cheap S905x3 boxes out there, Firmware is crap! Same for X96 Air 8K TV Box and the T95 Max+ TV Box. Don't understand why these manufactureres are selling them as most of them are just getting returned.

i finally could recover my tv box with usb burning tool... after more than 100 tries it worked and finally burned 100%... idont know why...
but i have the same problem looks like hardware... when i turn off my tv box it doesnt turns on again... need to disconnect cable and connect
