sorry i forgot , but with AndroidTool it is possible to backup in full .img File , did you used the latest Drivers ??? , try the "Reset" Button under third Tab and report what happens , please look for the Wifichip which is used , maybe we can find a working Rom in full .img style ,

rockchip loader file download , on big Brother G , the first link

is a GitHub Link with RKLoaders , but i looked no RK3229 Loaders ,

shit happens ,
