Help needed pls

Hi I'm a newbie and need some guidance pls. I've got an S8 max android tv box running android 9 for the full specs see pics included.
The problem I have is that some apps in google play store arnt there or say this app isnt compatible with your device, the main one being Netflix, and if i install a Netflix apk it doesnt work properly especially the streaming quality ect and you have to use a air mouse to navigate also my Iptv runs sluggish on this box and I have fiber and get a 72 speed. Any help or guidance would be gratefully appreciated.

you should apply a cool mod... on the CPU?
94.6 Celsius seems abit high

As for Netflix :
Just buy a : Amazon firstick 4k or nvidia shield TV
Getting Netflix to run on a non lic Netflix device.. is horror story in the making!

A coolmod... is when you change the cooling capability of a device

Most android TV boxes have no Airflow... Some are sold without a (proper) heatsink on the CPU

If the CPU overheats...then it starts to throttle down ( example from 1.8 GHz to 1 GHz )
-that's why some people moddify there TV box.. there a bunch of threads/posts on freaktab about this
--Some add holes to the top of there unit ( so hot air can escape )
--Some add a nice big proper heatsink on there CPU
--Some add a ventilator to top of there device
--Some water cool there CPU ( see rasbberry water coolers ) ( abit of over kill )

Most devices throttle at 70c...( and your screenshot shows 94c that's impressive )
-Most device are running stock/iddeling at 60c... because lack of cooling/throttling... the can never run at full speed
