When I plug in a power cable, there are no LEDs, unless I also plug in the HDMI, then the optical port lights up. I tried the instructions from https://www.cnx-software.com/2016/11...ogic-tv-boxes/ using the same img file in Burn Card Maker, no display output or anything after leaving it for an hour or so.

I attempted to use the USB method again, this time I get a different error at 7%:
