Again, Android 9 would serve you better. I've not heard of any (user friendly) efforts regarding Android 10.

I have not seen anything new. The Mecool BB2 Pro is very similar to H96 Pro+; I do not know how well that would work with the H96 Pro.
Android 10 has a couple of firmwares, "work in progress", that may be developed first?
