Hello, everyone, I was watching YouTube and suddenly my box got stuck and didn't work so I plugged out the power cable and when I plugged in again a red light inside the box got turned on and since then I can't use it I have tried to restore/update firmware but no luck I get error message test device failed and when I try the shortpin trick I get a message of prepare IDB fail. Please help me.

Try this maybe
Boot to Recovery( Toothpick Method/reset button in AV Port)
You will need Mouse to navigate Recovery Menu(Sometimes Tv Box Remote works)

The box doesn't turn on but the red light inside the box does and it is in maskrom mode whenever I connect it to pc with male to male USB but I every time get error test device failed and when I try shortpin it gets through the test device step but fails in IDB (prepare IDB failed)Originally posted by freddy View PostComment

Connect just Box with HDMI Cable to Monitor/TV
Do You Have Video Display?
Anything?
Is thr Red Light at the back near Ethernet Port/ Or audio optic out

So basically it Bricked itself while watching U-Tube
This is a fairly new Box ( 6 months or Newer?)
That suks....
Should Not Happen
There is not alot of support for this Box
