Any rom or mod for x96 max plus that makes it look desktop?

I would like to use my box in desktop mode, (resize windows for example) as android roms for pc (prime os, phoenix os) or something similar to samsung dex mode. Any way to do that?

I don't know if it works in your box.
I tested on Tanix TX6s (Allwinner H616) and HK1 Box (Amlogic S905X3).
Did you enable the Freeform option (support for freeform windows), in the Taskbar app?
In one of the two, I don't remember which one, I had to give a command through a terminal emulator.
And the other options I configured according to this tip from the master ath156 <link>.
