Me too I can't get dump off my box I only can get dump off firmware I downloaded from net.

I try rkDumper_109 but it can't support X88 Pro 20 (RK3566)
I extract 2 dts files from adnroid images

second dtb smaller but no special chip definition

I connect serial terminal to 3 pins and press CTRL-C on power on to enter u-boot loader.
Next type
rockusb 0 mmc 0
to activate LOADER ONE and upload image file via RKDevTool
Now insert rk-kernel.dts to armbian build
