I just flashed your DDr720 kernel for the m6 pro. I went from 18200 to 19000 in antutu and i feel the tablet is smoother. I have a question about the voltage. Wouldn't it perform better if you kept 1300mv with the overclocked ram?
on which rom did you flash it? Stock rom or RileyRom?

Any chance of a set of OC kernel's?
      Here you go

There are three kernels; stock with RAM clocked at 720, 1.7 GHz with RAM clocked at 720 and stock with RAM clocked at 720 and voltaged reduced to 1200mv to save battery.

here are other different kernels mod for pipo M6pro to be tested (if someone is interested):

        kernel_cpu1608h_gpu600_ddr800.zip

this is stock CPU and GPU and memory clocked to 800Mhz / 1.3V (I could probably push it to 1.375V if it doesn't boot)

        any feedback is highly appreciated!

          another one:
          kernel_cpu1704h_gpu600_ddr720.zip
          this is stock GPU
          memory clocked to 720Mhz / 1.2V
The CPU is set to 1.704Ghz / 1.375V

          again
          any feedback is highly appreciated!

If this works I've already generated another one with CPU clocked to 1.8Ghz / 1,375V

There is a patched kernel in the M9Pro ROM thread that you are using currently (according to your Signature).

Repeated here (stock CPU/GPU, RAM clocked to 720 MHz and voltage reduced to 1200mV)

Thanks for the M6P and M7P kernels....I'll start testing them.

Just flashed RileyROM 1.3 (thanks Randy!) with this oc kernel .... let's see!

It has already booted and it's a good start, I will test for some time and I wil post results.

Thanks darrelr (and giouncino of course)

Pls let me ask if I understood you correctly:
                    - if I'm using RileyROM 2.0, am I already using this kernel ? (Stock CPU/GPU, faster RAM, lower voltage) ?
                    - voltage reduced: is that voltage for the CPU or for the RAM ?
                    - any other versions maybe ? The tablet isn't hot at all, not even warm.. maybe could have more CPU and GPU if needed. Just curiousity..

I understand iptables better, than how's RileyROM configured for my tablet - I flashed it (because I trust him and have nothing to lose), I thought somebody knows the parameters.

I've fiddled about a bit and managed to squeeze a little more out of my M8HD

                          CPU - Stock
                          GPU - 666 MHZ (Stock+10%)
                          RAM - 768 MHZ (Stock+45%)

This Combo gives AnTuTu of 20, 500 (+11% on stock)

Just to see if the M9 Pro can use the same settings I'm using on my M8HD I've created two more test kernels for it.

M9 Pro Riley Rom 2.0 Patched kernels

                            1. CPU 1.6 GHz, GPU 666 MHz, RAM 768 MHz
                            2. CPU 1.7 GHz, GPU 666 MHz, RAM 768 MHz

                            Download from dropbox

                              @giouncino

your mod kernel seems to run well, really
from the beginning I haven't any freeze or stuck and neither lags and the pad is more responsive.
Not significantly increase of battery juice!

Just as a test, should be use to test something like:

CPU 1.7 GHz, GPU 666 MHz, RAM 720 MHz (cool )

                              or

CPU 1.8 GHz, GPU 666 MHz, RAM 768 MHz (extreme )

let me know if you can carry out something else on RileyROM v1.3 of course

                              ciao

My objective is to prepare the kernel with fastest frequency without an increase of voltages!
I'll prepare new kernel files as soon as i have a little bit of spare time
                                Stay tuned,
