Make the path to firmware short... ( As most flash tools are dos commands )
Like : c:/install/firmware.img

Don't forget to run the flash tool as administrator
Do you get a green block at connected devices? ( Because screenshot shows no green or red block )
Does windows show...new device found? When connected
Try different usb ports and cables...

That means that cant find a compatible device with that fw.
Other times you might need to erase the flash first and then fw do the "upgrade" button.
But be very careful you can brick the device when you do the erase flash...

I used usb port 2.0 still the same problem every tool i tried don't work (Fuzhou Rockchip 2020-11-10 5.11.0.0 driver installed)
