or Ugoos , they have good Firmware , you self are using Amlogic & Rockchip Boxes , his needs

I have been doing some searching and reading re: tv boxes. Apparently Canadian laws are somewhat more stringent regarding "fully loaded" android boxes.
NOT that I am paying any attention to that.
If I purchase outside of CANADA, can I get a "fully Loaded" android TV box?
Will it work in CANADA?
Do you have any suggestions as to which one would fit these parameters? [fully loaded]

ON tester boxes:
Are these boxes something for SALE?
Are they called 'Tester" because they have alternative software as opposed to original? re: glitches?
Are these boxes "fully loaded"?


Our Needs:
Watching News, Documentaries, Movies, TV Shows on a TV that has no access to any internet TV package.
The news channels I am currently watching on my tablet. I used to stream to my TV from the tablet but there are problems in doing that, that make it awkward. [lag, stalls, etc.]
I would like to use my TV [bigger screen] to see News, etc.
Cut the cord a while ago. Hence , the need for an android TV box that is not limiting. I am exploring Kodi, Plex, etc.


On purchasing a NEW TV box:
How do I tell which Android tv box is "fully loaded"?
I am guessing "fully loaded" means completely configurable?
I would prefer a hardwired internet connection for this box.
Suggestions please? I already am looking at freddy's suggestion of ugoos.

i think that it is no Problem to buy a TVBox otherwise there must be a Problem with any

Android Handy in Canada , because it is nearly the same , only stationary , if you buy a

TVBox , a Firmware is always installed , but the most cheap Boxes have buggy Firmware ,

only Ugoos is different , but not so cheap as the stock Boxes .

Nearly every Box has a Ethernet port , so wired Internet works ,

you mean you watch free TV over Internet , Browser or what ???

with a good Firmware and the needed Apps you shall not have Problems to mirror your

Tablet to TV , what Tablet , what FW ???

Kodi can be installed too , i have 19.3 on my RK3399 , older Chipset ,

What would be the operating difference between 2GB box and 4GB box? speed smoothness, etc.
And does the +16GB or +32GB pertain to extra storage or onboard storage?

Best $ is for Ugoos at aliexpress, but longer delivery time. I cannot find it on Amazon.ca or .com or .co.uk

Speaking of tablets - I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. It will connect to my tv via WiFi, but when streaming News channels it is very laggy, which is why I want a hardwired tv box.[i.e.- nothing Wifi except remote]

What I don't like about aliexpress is they say [i.e.- Ugoos X4Q $107.78 cad] but when you get to page the price is for a lesser model and the real price for the Ugoos X4Q is $145.49 cad. This is not just Ugoos Tox3 page is the same as well as others for other things!!!

Couple of things that are jumping right out at me when comparing Ugoos X4Q Pro and Tox3:
Ugoos X4Q has LPDDR4 and Bluetooth 5.1
Tox 3 has LPDDR3 and Bluetooth 4.1
There is about a $30 difference in price.
Obviously some of the technology on the Tox 3 box is older.
How big a concern would that be?
I always tend to think most recent hardware is best, but that is MO only.

Tox for sure not , maybe the orginal Ugoos Roms work on Tox , but i always will prefer Ugoos Box , the Price for the

X4Q Cube 2/16GB about 90Bucks / X4QPro 4/32GB about 110Bucks and the Plus Version with 4/64 about 145Bucks ,

if you order something on Aliexpress you alway have to look if you ordered the right thing , but it is no Problem to choose

the Pro Version 4/32GB , i already set it to my cart , the Store is SZBox Store , looks serious , but there are much more
