help setting up Ugoos X4Q Pro

Just purchased an Ugoos X4Q Pro.
Very new to this equipment.
My TV is an older Sony Bravia KDL-40R550C.
Is there a general setup for tv boxes?
Things one should and should bot do in setting up?
The user guide is very brief.
I have it hooked up to TV, but would like to know if there is a forum tab on setup?

Same as Mobile Device/Phone

Play around with settings
Adjust to your liking

Find software update
And let it update
If available

freddy I am having some luck getting it set up, however one little problem I am having is that the on screen keyboard that shows up on my TV
is too wide and I cannot see all the keys. Any idea how I can change that? I went into settings>resolution and settings>position but was
unable to make the on screen keyboard smaller. Is it a problem with the TV or the android box?

Yes, got it a couple of days ago. They said March 3rd for delivery, so I was really pleased.

Couple of things to try maybe will help

In Settings
Display
Screen Resolution
Turn Off /Auto switch to Best
Set your Resolution Manually 1080p or 720p

Also in Settings Display/Sound
Look for Screen position
Should be Settings for scaling
Zoom in Out

Also in Sony TV
Can try changing aspect ratio
Or advanced settings like picture view
Zoom/fit to screen//wide view/etc..

If you have those Settings in TV
