Please I need MXQ PRO S 8K stock firmware RK3229

Hello friends. I bought many MXQ Pro S 8K rk3229, 128gb, android 12 but they all came with details on their operating system. I install their applications and they close quickly. The boxes are too slow. I did their hard reset but they are still the same situation. The worst thing is that official firmware don't appears anywhere. Can anybody help me?? Thanks. And sorry my English it's a little bit. I speak Spanish.

Maybe this is the result when you did Factory data Reset

Unfortunately there are many MXQ TV Box
And also some shady vendors that sell knock offs

Hello brother. I took the first photo from the internet but the second photo was taken by me. I'm from Puerto Rico and actually, I had bought some boxes in a store in Dominican Republic some time ago that they had on clearance sale and they had no warranty. They all came with the same problem. Super slow and the apps don't open it. The firmware does not appear anywhere. I'm going crazy. I need to repair them urgently.

So can confirm chipsets
CPU
Ethernet
Wifi/bluetooth

Then can steer in right direction for working firmware

That's exactly what's strange situation. The box itself says that it comes with Android 12 but in that application "Device info" it detects that it has Android 7.

So far only the ATV 10 version has worked for me & not the ATV 9. The big problem it's mistakenly recognizing 4 GB of storage when the TV boxes are actually 128 GB. ATV 10, work very nice.
