H96 Pro+ 4K ULTRA - Suitable Rom (Request for Assistance\Guidance)

I am looking for a suitable ROM to install on my H96 PRO+ - I have attempted to read through FreakTab, 4PDA and XDA and unfortunately I am having difficulty identifying a suitable ROM.
I would appreciate some assistance.

Questions:

• Is there a ROM that is suitable for this device? - I am unable to identify what is the path that I should take?
• How do I identify if my device is a DDR3 or DDR4 Device? The website that I purchased the product from advises DDR3 but is there a way that I can confirm this myself. - Is it written on the Chip?

Update:

After reading through many threads, I was able to identify that the H96 Pro+ that I have what is sometimes called a HYCGOOD or Generic CZ-S32-v2.2.
(H96 Pro+ with 4K branding was made by Shenzhen Goodidea Technology (hcygood.com).

I was able to identify other forum members who had the same or similar devices;

1. In the event that flashing of rom is not successfully, how to return device to a working state. (Restore Stock Rom)
