This doesn't seem have IR capability, so I can't use my logitech remote,
but this has 16G flash as compared to cr11/s only 8G
Another thing nobody has review yet on mk902 (Google but can't find any)
as compared to cr11/s so many solid review

They shipped on the 9th of Dec so I guess I might be one of the first to make review I hope it will have same WiFi as a popular model so I can use that firmware

Edit the WiFi chip is supposed to be the same as the mk802iv.

He, I recieve my box and I immediately flashed it with the last 2013 12 26 stock firmware thinking KitKat ; it's not and it reboots every 5 minutes. I run Antutu once and it crash on video and the box sizzle before reboot, the same with xbmc.
Has anyone face the same issue or is it a hardware probleme ?
I'm really desapointed and looking for the previous firm 2013 12 11, that I haven't save.

Well I'm having same issues, but since bought it, 2 weeks ago, and even with the original firmware.
Hope to be be caused by the firmware.
I'd would like a rom made by Neomode. While it comes (if it actually comes) I will keep the last 20131226 stock firmware.

I think reboots come when the Mk works a litle hard (actually has not to be at all for a quad core chip) and it always was streaming or playing a video (GPU issue?)...

just got mine friday havent had a chance to open it yet as i also got minix neo x7 too and im playing with it first

has any one tried other firmwares yet like neo x7 or mk802 iv etc... any luck wifi booting etc... please let us know and i will start experimenting my self

Its fast with the new 122613 factory ROM i didn'ttry the shipped firmware oh and if you want to flash ROM you need male to male USB (the end that plugs in to computer is the same as the end you plug into the minipc) I have one because I run a computer repair store! In this case I think it should be included with unit? Being so proprietary!!!

Didn't crash or stutter watched 1080p and the firmware has the micro stutter every here and there even left it in 720!

Very promising all in all hope a modder is working on this new firmware so that we can have a perfect device (no micro stutter and all the tweaks for play store etc..)

Also rooting was as easy as leading new su and busybox from play store! wow no locks!!!

Tonight I'm going to try other modded firmwares for other minipcs if someone has already got a different firmware working including wireless let us know!

its on the www.rikomagic.com download sorry my mistake it was the 122613 stock firmware that i was talking about in the last post my nexus has the 010114 rom!

but my review sticks except the date of firmware i think this firmware is very smooth except for the micro freezing during play back of hd videos (that dont stutter on my mk802iiis that is a dual core rk3066 chip)

mine keeps rebooting. With the new firmware is the same, when watching YouTube videos or something from the local network, randomly, the unit will get stuck, lines will cover the screen and 10 seconds later the unit reboots itself. is there a custom rom I can try, otherwise the unit is unusable.

this sounds like the classic under power issue of minipcs ok what is plugged into onboard usb it might be to big a load for the power supply lines is not software its due to power draw being bigger than power adaptor can handle! things like usb harddrive that is usb powered then if your watching a movie its too big a load for the little power supply!

im not having any of the reboot issues at all no crashes yet but im running my logitech km400 and logitech wireless rumble pad on a self powered usb hub and the hub is the only thing plugged into the mini pc! if you have an extra universal power adaptor try setting it for the right polarity and voltage to test if the rebooting still happens too! good luck!

Well, as I,m having the same problems, and have no device plugged into any of USB ports, have to say that it sounds very strange the power faliure.... But will try with other power supply... if I don't...

What do I have to do? Raise the voltage level, or the amperage level???
