I have not received it yet, is on its way.
But I did not choose Ramos. I bought a Teclast P89 mini S.

Don't have it. But it is ok if OTA is just for system update.

I have problems with the Playstore. Several apps are not compatible with this tablet. Tried market helper and some build.prop changes, helped with some apps but others I can't install.
Could somebody try to install the google+ app? That is one of the apps I can't install.
              Thanks

You should go on for the latest update from ramos.cn. I've applied 21612, and installed some missing files from gapps to have Google maps, contact and calendar sync. Everything installs now, including google+

It is good to have update . I just installed it. For those who wants to install the update, I have the file here:
                  百度网盘为您提供文件的网络备份、同步和分享服务。空间大、速度快、安全稳固,支持教育网加速,支持手机端。注册使用百度网盘即可享受免费存储空间

From the ramos update page, it says the update is ONLY for i9-gps version device. So, please check your device before you install it.

The ramos update page is here:
                  http://www.ramos.com.cn/download.php?action=view&id=452

How to use the update.zip file:
Just download the update.zip file and put it in your device's root directory. Then go to Setting -> About Tablet -> Software Update. The device will update and reboot itself automatically.

BTW, it would be nice if the OS can be updated too... !

                    Thanks for the reply.

I got the ZIP update, but how do I install it? Flash it in recovery like most ROMS? How do I go into recovery?

EDIT: Think I got it, using Google Translate

multi user broken with last Ramos update(s?)

Apparently, latest firmware(s ?) updates breaks multi users... There is a reboot when Seting up or login with new user...

I tested with 22255 ... maybe someone know how to fix this ?

                        thanks.

There seems to be a new firmware 23085, checked using OTA, then googled & found the links here:
                          http://pan.baidu.com/s/1bnrPnkz

http://tieba.baidu.com/p/3278533782, used google translate, still downloading, no info on what has changed so far...

Update: Finished downloading & updated, all apps intact including gapps fixes, only need to re-root, antutu improved slightly:

                          antutuX from 18K to 19K+

                          Antutu from 20K to 22K

But I can't find the new firmware update announcement in their official website.

I can't either, only found out through OTA. But so far so good after flashing, this is non-3G & non-GPS by the way.

                                Updated.

One thing I can tell the difference after updated is the wifi reception. It is now a very little bit better than before. (or just the wifi icon looks better... )
