I never replaced the kernel. I'm still using what the Minix Neo x7 mini came with. Oddly I'm not noticing it anylonger. I did change the Developer setting you mentioned to keep the device from not sleeping and it appears to be working. I chose "hide system bar" some time ago but didn't realize it was only for when apps were launched and that the launcher would still show it.

Overall everything is working well at the moment so thanks leolas for your help and looking forward to seeing more of Team Nitro's work.

I just wanted to thanks Leolas and the rest of the Nitro Team for this awesome rom. I ordered the mini because it was a good price point for me, but was later worried that there was less development for it, but then I found this great rom. I think it boots fast, is nice and snappy when running and looks nice. I have only had one spontaneous reboot and that was while using netflix. I use an ipazzport air mouse and sometimes get the pointer lag/slow pointer that people speak of, but it clears up after a few seconds. I use SPMC which is not perfect, but is pretty good. The ability to switch kernels is great. The only suggestion I would have would just be to have the drivers available in the rom zip and the installation instructions are a little off (I think they are for the X7, but the mini is slightly different, I don't specifically remember what was off in the instructions).

Once again, thanks, when I sell some stuff on **** and build some payp value I will donate.

Just wanted to say I just tried out this FW and so far it looks cool.

But on stock kernel its ok , but how do i get rid of the android status bar?

I have selected to hide it in the system menu, and when in android settings or other app the bar hides, but when XBMC is running the bar is always visible.

You need to let the bar visible and hide it before launch xbmc

The included kernels are all 1080p kernels.

Ethernet speeds

How are people's ethernet speeds with these kernels?
I'm experiencing 61mb download speeds on a 120mb line. Other devices connected to the line come in at the full 120mb.
I'm using the 720 over clocked kernel.

Any tips for getting the full 100mb from the Ethernet on my mini?

Hello volunteer !

I allready flashed my mini with qsv2.0 firmware for neo X7 (non mini) and it works fine for me

But I can also test a dedicaced firmware.
