I recently received my MK908II and from the moment I connected it to my TV I have this screen issue on my Philips TV (32PFL5606) at 720p. Using other HDMI ports won't fix the problem. I tried stock firmware and the Finless 1.5a.
There is constant, what looks like, noise in the screen (not much but noticable) and occasional black horizontal lines through the entire screen (about 0.1 inch wide). From time to time the screen goes black for a second and then comes back with the TV saying I'm watching HDMI port X (like if I just turned on the TV).
Strange thing is that when I switch to 1080p the issue disappears. Also, on my Samsung TV in my living room there's no issue at all with the device no matter what setting I choose.
Because I rather have smoother video playback then the extra pixels I want to use the 720p setting. Does anyone have an idea about what's wrong and if I can fix this? At this moment I don't know whether I should return it and get another model like the CX-919 or try another MK908II.
