    Hello Lewy,
I don't know if it's a bug or not but playing network videos(from the internet) using MX player(HW+) get stuck when I try to skip parts of the video, so I have to watch the whole video, else it gets stuck.

besides, i was wondering if there will be similar developement of this ROM as your other ROMS(XBMC, performance boost and so on...)
    Thank you.

T-R42 BT and WiFi working V2.0 No Sdcard

Installed rom yesterday and fiddled around with all the options and possibilities. Al working well including BT and WiFi. I think it is key to know which board you have and make sure to flash the corresponding rom. Otherwise you end up with non working components on the PCB inside your T-R42 TV Box.

Maybe these pictures might help you find your model. This is defenite a 2.0 board and the rom is working perfectly for me. Thanks for the work Lewy.

What does the "switch resolution" option exactly do??

I have one issue though, also had it with the custom rom, thats why I flashed it!!!.
My external 64Gb SD card is not recognized by the rom. When I put it into my PC it is not a problem and is recognized immediately. But in de T-R42 is gives me the "read error"

It is a Samsung 64 GB micro SD Pro Class 10 UHS-I 70MB/s. Not recognized by the device. As I said this was also an issue with the original rom. Do you have any suggestions?

It probably supports only up to 32 GB

this devices officialy supports sdcards up to 32gb:"
as to resolution swich, its swich tke kernels betwaen real 720p and real 1080p.
im using 720p as performance is much better but some people want real 1080p thats why its there.

You could try putting the 64gb card in a usb card reader that supports 64.

@arkaydeus & @ Darkblue812 I tried this, with the sd card reader. Same read error message. Will buy a 32Gb card then. No mods or script by-passes on the market to let it read a 64Gb micro Sd. Maybe in future updates.............

              Thanks for the info @
              Darkblue812 and @Lewy.

@Lewy are you going to support in rom updates like cyanogen does. I ask this because there is also a build-in update script in this rom???

It would be nice to have an cyanogen interface. Like build in ADB over network. And back button application kill. When shutting down to have the option whether to reboot or reboot in recovery or bootloader. Like this reboot app from Petrus.

Keep up the good work. Your work is much appreciated Lewy.

So I've got a 2.1 board which won't boot anything but justxbmc which is very unstable and wasser 1.2.1 nothing else boots. Any ideas if this is worth a try on mine?

This the only one specifically for 2.0 and 2.1 boards so it should work better. Can you go back to the stock Rom?

                    Hello lewy20041,
So far the only bug I noticed is that the standy option does not work, and I need to switch off the box from the On/off button.
beside I was wondering if there will be further devellopement of this ROM in the future?
                    Thank you.

Tnks I will make sure next time that it's not moving. but what about the second part of my question. Will there be any further tweeks or devellopement to this ROM?

I have asked the same question at least 3 times in this forum but I never got an answer back, so I suppose there will be no more devellopement

In the post erlier i said that i get now t-r42 and you can now be sure that i will try to make even better firmware, so why do you think there will be no further development.

Just to say i tried this rom on my supposed k-r42 which wouldnt boot any of the other recent rom and it worked a treat. The only issue i have noticed so far is that my USB wireless keyboard doesnt work in a lot of apps. Apart from that its great and appears stable so thanks a lot lewy.

I have a 2,1 if that helps anyone.
