Is CWM working good after Riley's ROM installation?
Do you think that Riley's ROM have some more advantages relating to roman2025 ROM?

What is excactly the Touch Panel problem?

        Riley's ROM just rocks

I finally replaced roman2025 with that one of Riley's.
Riley's ROM is much faster and without any lag, so far. After the fully detailed installation CWM was installed for future easy ROM flashing. I definitely recommend Riley's ROM instead of roman2025. Thanks Riley

          Great Rom

Great ROM - Thanks for all the work. Using Riley ROM on both my S1 Pro and M9.

Question though - is there any way of enabling charge via OTG? So using a y-cable the tablet can be both charging and using a usb device at the same time? I believe a kernel mod is required to do this (From what I have read). Just wondering if it would be possible?

          Thanks,

          Paul

That is a frequent question...and sorry to say it isn't possible to charge from anything other than the AC adapter provided.

Pipo has a few tablets that charge by USB...but the S1 isn't one of them.

Run the flash tool...just like you did to flash the ROM.

This time, uncheck all of the boxes...except kernel. To the right of the kernel line is a button to click that gets you to a browse screen...direct the flash tool to the location of the kernel you want to flash.

                    Don't erase IDB this time.

Just connect the tablet to the PC. See that the flash tool recognizes it as Mass Storage Device.

                    Click "Reboot to Flash"

When it pops up in "Loader Mode", click Flash ROM.

Within a few seconds, the kernel will be flashed.

Just follow the same procedure, if you want to go back to the stock kernel.

                          HOW TO INSTALL KERNEL:
                          1. Extract downloaded .zip file
                          2. connect the tablet (in ON state) to the PC via USB cable
                          3. Open Riley (ROM) Flash tool
                          4. UNCHECK everything EXCEPT "kernel" row
                          5. Click on the last box of the kernel row, browse and select the kernel...img file that you want to flash
                          6. Click on "Reboot to Flashmode" until the flash tool detects your tablet in "Loader Rock Usb" mode
                          7. Click on "Flash Rom"

Note: if the kernel is not stable or causes bootloop, you can try another modified kernel or revert to stock kernel included in RileyRom named kernel.img

After couple of days using RileyRom 1.1 I can say next:
Tablet work with lags, multitasking is unusable. Totally. Multitasking make tablet so slow that I cannot believe it. Need about 10 seconds to open anything on tap...I don't know, but think there's something wrong...it was faster on stock :/

I did not change nothing (kernel etc)
