Customer Service: Order Shipping, After-Sale Problem, Post Here!
On 17.08.2015, i bought a media device called M195 Android Box for 59,99 $. It's been delivered to me with TNT Cargo.

Tracking Number : 183926945
After using for while, the device turned into the brick mode. I tried to reach to the producer (ebluetimes) with e-mails. But i couldn't. After that i had a contact with you (Geekbuying) and asked an help to contact with producer about my device turned into the brick mode.
You responsed as " Please send us the device and let we send it to the producer company". I've sent the device to you on 03.11.2015. After that day, i waited for weeks. When i asked to you about the status of the device you said that you couldn't have a contact with the producer, firstly. After a while, you said that you have sent the device to the producer. This progress is on going about 4,5 months but your responsibles only answer is always "Please be patient and wait for our response" (Sky from After-Sales)
That's enough. Isn't there anyone can be trusted in that firm except Sky ? How a device like that cannot be repaired in a 4,5 months ? How can it possible? Is this a joke ? What an incuriousness!
I'm always saying "Please send my device back or refund my money" and sky always answering lke "be patient". I don't want to wait, i waited enough for almost 5 months, i want my repaired device back.

Since we are honest can you give an example (link or something) of someone else asking additional money from customer AFTER having grabbed his money for 45 days?
How honest looks to you when YOU SELL with a promised price take the money (and not wait till you make the order) and then change the promised date three times? I have lent you the money for 45 days and the response I get is do not worry sir we won't ask for more, you can simply trust us with your money for another three weeks or YOU CAN GIVE us more and we will send. How does this sound to you?
Have you got any news? I got a shipping advice on Nov. 23th but PostNL said today Apr 5 they haven't received the phone yet.

I bought items in January, Delivered February - Dead/Faulty. Sent back to China -> arrived. Looks like I won't see them again until MAY?
If you ever acknowledge receiving them. According to tracking they arrived on the 30th of March, although Geekbuying claiming that they haven't received them yet.
It may be different or faster for shipping items back and forth to/from the USA, but in Europe that's ridiculously slow.
I won't buy from Geekbuying ever again.
Anyone that would post otherwise, either hasn't had to send items back, or gets paid for reviewing.
