Hi,
I placed an order with you a week ago (3717407) - please could you let me know what the hold up is?
I have previously ordered from you (quite a few times over the past few years - 3628629, 3484837, 3425659, 3415276, 3661873, 3191278, 3148389, 3077468, 3067832), but never had the processing status for more than 3-4 days.
Please could you let me know when my device is expected to ship? I'm quite keen on getting it soon, as I'm without a handset at the moment.

So you are telling me that the product is not in stock and was not in stock when I placed the order?
There was nothing at the point of ordering the phone to suggest you didn't have the item in stock, this is vital information for a customer!
If I had known that it would be almost a fortnight (two weeks) before the item was even dispatched, I would not have placed the order with you at all.
If the product is not sent out to me and I have not received the package by the 16th August, I will be requesting a refund.
I wish I had just ordered it from Amazon, as I would have received it already.

my order no. is: #3499256
On my phone lenovo vibe p1 microphone died. On geekbuying they ask if I could send it to local Lenovo service and I did that. They diagnosed broken sub-board, but they can not repair it - probably because phone IMEI no is not in lenovo database. idk Geekbuying did with this phone to not have valid IMEI.
I paid 15€ for diagnose and geekbuying gave me their address to send phone back to china. I did that and after 2 weeks after they received phone they sent me mail, that the problem is in subboard and motherboard which is not in free repair, so I have to pay 44$. OK I paid this. Just fix the phone and send me back my old motherboard.
3 weeks later they sent me mail again that they are checked twice and the problem is in screen (for mic not working??) . Screen was perfectly working and whole phone just like new, but they have to replace the screen for 69$ and according theri warranty policy it's not included in free repair.
They said that they don't suggest me to pay that because it's not worth.
I asked them for service name, phone no. or e-mail. First time they said that the service is new and that's all. I asked again for their contact and they said "The factory can't speak English so we can't give you the phone number."
W.T.F...
and just like this is not enough, now they want to give me 44$ of discount on next order but I said 3 times that I want money back on PayPal. no.. they are still persist to give me discount.. yeah.. sure I will buy something from geekbuying again.
and all this sh!t is happening for 13$ of worth subboard which you don't want to replace...
I have few questions on which you dont want to anwser on email.
- which factory is resposnisble for fixing the phone. I want their name or contact.
- did you even send the phone on service?
- why my phone has invalid IMEI and s/n - http://support.lenovo.com/si/en/partslookup. even their software for auto detecting phone is not working (you can send me p.m. if you need s/n or imei)

Order ID : 3710392 - Missing Accessory and Wrong Power Supply
Dear Support Team,
I have received the Android TV Box but I am not able to use the same as the firmware it shipped with has a lot of issues. The support forum on FreakTab mentions availability of the newer firmware however it CAN NOT be installed using OTA or SD Card method and instead it requires USB Male to USB Male cable which is not shipped along with the box.
Without this cable, this box is useless as I can't upgrade it with the latest firmware.
As per the order details, power supply was going to be sent as per the shipping country. However I have got UK Power supply instead of Indian/EU Power Supply.
Can you please URGENTLY ship -
1. USB-Male to USB-Male Cable
2. Indian/EU Power Supply with 2A/5V output
and let me know the tracking number at the earliest?

I placed an order around 6 days ago, and its status appears as "Payment Confirmed (Processing)". I would like to know when it will be shipped, and if possible an estimate of the time it will take to arrive in my country. It's quite urgent because I'm leaving in about a month, and want to be here to receive it.
Also, another question. I'm going to be in Hong Kong and Shenzhen in October. Is it possible, if I make another order online from Argentina, to pick my order later, in person, from your warehouse? (I have done this once with a Germany online store and it went well, that's why I ask)
