Is it possible that the tracking number was simply incorrectly entered into the order page? Because I really find it difficult to believe that the package was picked up by DHL on Thursday (without being picked up you couldn't have a tracking number, right?) and has not been tracked anywhere since then, while a another package was picked up by the same courier company on Monday and provided tracking information almost immediately.

Its tracking info was available withing a couple hours of the vendor updating the status to "Shipped". Why would that package not be affected by the mid-autumn festival? That must've been it. Tracking info finally updated, says "Shipment picked up" 20:01 Tuesday. Whereas with the other place I replied to their inquiry (for corrected postal code) around 6AM my time, and by the time I got to the office around 8 the tracking info was already there.
EDIT: Correction, tracing info said it was picked up 20:01 on Monday, not Tuesday.Last edited by wprager; 21 September 2016, 03:01.

It"s actually the worst service ever!!! They took my payment and then told me that the item is out of stock and I should wait for it to be in stock.. So I called from another account and the told me it's in stock.. That's called fraud... And till now it's been nine days and the item is still in processing..I'm really Disappointed.

5 days later it was back in stock at a higher price.
Same kind of thing happened twice.
