I made the order the morning of September 8, officially logged in my account as September 9 (12 hour difference, probably too late on the 8th). It shipped on the 15th. I checked late in the evening on the 14th and it hadn't yet shipped, so likely was processed toward the end of the day. So, full business days on the 9th (10th-11th were the weekend), 12th, 13th, 14th. So four full days and shipped on the 5th.

By the way, what I ordered was the "international" version, not the China version. I've been reading up on it. This is also known as the "Global" version (this is what you would select on willmyphonework.net) or the Taiwan version, or by its codename "kate" (the China version is codenamed "kenzo"). Because of support for some additional bands (e.g. the folks in Australia are very happy about "Band 28" support) they had to use a different antenna, which required slightly larger end-cap covers (not sure what to call them, but the plastic rounded covers at the top/bottom of the phone; I take it they must be plastic and not metal for the to receive the signal). So the "kate" version of the phone is 152.5mm long, versus 150mm for the standard version. And as far as I could tell, there are no cases available for it yet (the soft cover will stretch but not all holes will line up correctly; the hard shells won't fit at all). Apparently, over on the Taiwan website for xiomi they*are* selling accessories for "kate", including cases, but they only ship to Taiwan. This phone is very recent (July?) so I expect that covers for it will start appearing with other vendors (who ship to NA) in the next few months.
Now, whether or not I actually needed the extra bands, I don't know any more. I thought I needed 2G support which, for my provider, was not available with the China version. Don't know enough about this stuff.

I'm having issues with my order: 3743842. The Uhans S1 phone was dead on arrival, did not power up, attached to supplied charger and it powered on for a while, but dead after the overnight charge. Have emailed the aftersales support and returned the entire set with box as requested via registered post: RC687873252SG. The shipping status was updated to "Failed Delivery" on 08 September. Have messaged the aftersales support last week to request for them to check for the postage, and they said they will check, but the item is still not collected according to tracking. Just worried that it would be shipped back to sg due to failed delivery. The shipping cost isn't cheap here, about US$11. To be honest, I'm not sure why I'd have to foot the shipping bill to return the item when it was a defect.

Yes, thank you, I saw that my order was shipped on Thursday. I've been trying to track it using the tracking number provided since then and it always comes up as "Not found". I figured it's just because it was shipped right before the festival, and I'll get some tracking info on Monday. Well this morning I had an order shipped by ALiExpress, also using DHL. The order was only shipped today as they had issues with my postal code (I included a space between the two groups of three characters and I guess the DHL shipping form truncated it to 6 characters). The point is it was *only* shipped this morning after I provided the correct postal code (around 6AM Eastern Time) and I checked around 8:30AM Eastern, and it was already being tracked by DHL.
