      Hi Geekbuying,

      when it has arrived your warehouse, it should be possible to give a clearer answer. These days could be tomorrow or any time next week.

      By the way is there a in stock / out of stock issue in the geekbuying warehouse system?

          Hello,
          my Order ( #3828665 ) was shipped on last friday as the email from geekbuying statet (11.11,2016). The delivery-state never changed since then, so i contacted DHL and asked them about the package. They told me, that they never received the package, it´s just announced to DHL but they never got a physical package with this id from geekbuying.
          So, my question is: What´s going on here? Could you please check what went wrong with delivery? I don´t think the item was not in stock, because you told me it´s been sent out. So, why did the parcel not reach DHL as you told me?
          Can you please inform me when i can exspect the package? Thank you in advance!

              I recently sent this email about receiving a defective Vorke V1(Order # 3849240) but hopefully I will get a faster response here.

              I received my Vorke V1 yesterday, and it's defective. Within an hour of turning it on, it was dead. I didn't even get a chance to use it.

              I ordered via DHL and got it yesterday, really quick shipping.

              I plugged it in, set up my WiFi and it started Windows updates. After the restart due to Windows updates, it froze and wouldn't take inputs from my K400 mouse/keyboard. It froze at the Windows log in screen. In case it needed to complete the update, I let it run overnight. In the morning it was blinking in sleep mode. I tried to wake it up with the K400. No luck. Pressed the power button and the light went solid, but I had nothing but a black screen on my monitor. It seems totally dead now.

              Can you tell me what I need to do to get a replacement or refund? I've ordered from you many times, and this is the first big problem I've had.

                Maybe you can try to opening the bottom shell, try to plug the CMOS and battery.

                If it still can't work,please let me know

                    Thanks for the reply - I received an e-mail from a geekbuying rep and this is what I've tried so far with nothing but a black screen.

                    I tried a VGA monitor, nothing but a black screen. I tried a Windows 10 USB drive - it wouldn't boot, nothing but a black screen. Using suggestions from the Geekbuying rep I tried to create a boot usb with the Vorke V1 firmware, but couldn't get anything but a black screen hitting F7 on my keyboard. I've also tried 2 TV's and a handful of HDMI cords.

                    I tried a wired USB keyboard, still no response, hitting F7 repeatedly after i powered on the PC got me nothing but a black screen.

                    I reported all this to the Geekbuying rep - and told her I believe I need to send this back to be replaced or repaired. A shame because I never even got to use it! It died during initial (official) windows updates.

                    Can you tell me how to plug the CMOS and battery? Do you have any pictures that show where they are?

                        PolloLoco I don't mean to interfere, but the battery(yellow disk-ish) can be seen in Trebor's review teardown pics, here and here. Looks like it has a simple connector, should unplug with little effort.
