      but how is that possible? Geekbuying still sold this phone a few days ago. And my order was placed long time before that?
      I dont want a replacement, should i wait for a restock or is it possible to cancel my order and you i sendn my money back?

            I have very bad experience with geebuying.
            Is a long story, i will make more short.
            I made my order 3804131 in 18.10.2016, a phone on stock and some accesory, all around 240 euro.
            They split my order in two ( different warehouse ) . One part arrived on 10.11. 2016 ( 9.26 euro).
            Second part 229 euro not arrived even today 24.11.2016.
            Theyr support only tell me to wait. tracking no with post nl stopped on 05.11.2016 with message : item arrived in destination country.
            On my post office is no package for me. On customs office they said that package never entered in country. Geebuying continue to say to wait. They dont do reasearch, dont ask post nl about my parcell, they said to wait. Are 35 day from my order. All im thinking is geebuying rob me. They lie and stole my money. I will open PayPal dispute. I paid insurace also.
            Like i said, do not trust geebuying support. They lie about stock, about delivery time and give you fake tracking number. Btw this is mine RS622861975NL
            Have a good day, all and remeber Do not buy from geebuying expensive products, only buy cheap and be ready to loose your order.

              I not see your post before so ill give you the quick low down. This is not a bitch thread post your order number and the issue. Dont start off being rude. We all know the frustration of ordering from China.
              its not uncommon for shipments to be late or held by customs.

              Let geekbuying look into it and get back to you here.
              Id recommended you post shipping method you picked as well.

              Let see what geekbuying has to say.

                My shipping metod was registered airmail. Why im say they lie : i made another order on 21.10 2016 ( some cheap thing's) and guess what? Arrived 2 weeks ago. Same shipping method. And i don't belive are customs delay sience my pack not arrived in my country. Also how is possibile to a later order to arrive faster than old one ?

                    I checked your order shipping method as Registered Airmail to your country about 15-30 days,we shipped out 28th October.

                      Please do so. Thank you. i hope will arrive this year, but im sure that tracking no. is a fake one, i called PostNL in Netherland and is not in their system.
                      i called geekbuying sale manager and she promises me ,i will have my money back if i don't have package on 30.11.2016. I tell that's imposibile except if she bring me to the door :P
                      If at the end of the month i don't have package or money back we all see if geekbuyng store is serious or not. i allready see some answers: - wait little more or money will be in your paypal account in 10 days because of paypal ofcourse )) Let' make a bet how it will be, ok ?
