      Hello Geekbuying,

      Basicly 3 month before you refund. Strang rule.

      Does it not depend on the shipping method, case, the tracking, etc.
      I would never wait that long,

        In this case,his shipping method is post airmail.

        We need to feedback this case to our post office,then they will query the parcel slowly.As me know,all postal airmail work efficiency is very low.

        If they told me the parcel lost in the end,we will refund to our user.

          3 months is a REALLY LONG time and it will discourage any future buyers from purchasing anything from an online store with this policy

            Hm. Anyway 3 months is too long.

            I this case I would recommend not to use china post airmail in future, except you are the very patient type of customer.

              There are many people didn't want to pay more for their product from China shop.It include shipping fee,custom duties and so on.Especially the people from Europe,the tariff is very expensive.

              Many of countries tax threshold are very low
              So they have to selected shipping method via post airmail,because without tariff and free shipping.

              We have asked the post office to investigation this case.If it not the result after 3 weeks,we can refund ahead of schedule.

                  What is happening?   I ordered a H96pro+ on 11th ov november and it said In stock. When december came and still not shipped I asked why, and I got different answers about what happend every time I replied. The answers I got was even copy and paste, there where other peoples names on them. After arguing for more than a week I told you i Want my money back, an option you gave me. But insted the same day my box was suddenly shipped and i got a tracking number, who did not work. After about two weeks i got a new notice that shipping changed and i got another notice with another tracking id, witch i can Not trace either.  I have ordered 350+ times from china on other companies and newer had problems like this, if something happend then customer service talked to me an things where solved, not Lies and promises and answers in other peoples names...   Now im going to buy $1 stuff just to spread this info on revues everywhere on this site.   Order WB1611102209335511 part 2 shipping RS120912097EE SF
