    This cost approx. £50 extra to order from Spain instead of Hong Kong so I could get 3/4 day delivery and should have arrived before Christmas. I can understand some delays due to the time of year but it wouldn't have taken much longer to get it via Hong Kong and would have cost less.

    Could you confirm if this has actually been shipped yet.

      I’m convinced that it is a material issue.

      I'am discussing every day since a week . I think that we are done talking about software actions . it is definitely a Hardware issue .

      Could you simply take back the defective box and send me an other please ? thanks.

                    I would like to remind you that I placed the order on Oct. 19, 2016. Soon it will be 3 months.
                    I understand and I believe that you shipped the item however your store is still responsible for this shipment.
                    The fact is that paid 166 CAD back on October and I still don't have the phone.
                    I've also contacted your web store support numerous times and I've been told to wait as they would check with the shipment company.
                    I am still waiting for an answer.

                    I am afraid that if Geekbuying does not offer any resolution soon I will have to contact my Credit Card company and dispute the purchase.

                    This is simply unacceptable.

                            Hello. I cannot contact customer support, all my emails are being returned undelivered with a notice that your support mailbox is over quota. This concerns my Redmi note 3 return, order #3753203. Here is the email I attempted to respond to from Shirley:

                            Just got the news from our maintenance center sorry your phone can't be fixed .
                            now we have two solutions for your reference here :
                            1. we will refund you 155.82 usd after deduct the one month use fee.
