    Hello Geekbuying

    I come to you because I just opened the package I received from you, but there is a big problem, all accessories purchased are there but the camerais not there. The package was not opened or damaged, so the camera are not from home

    Can you please tell me I should do, the camera is more important for me than accessories,

      my order #3386256 was shipped throught "Singapore post" (tracking RF338490562SG), but in my order i choosed DHL (5.96 euro in order).

      Something goes wrong ?

        Xiaomi yi camera will dispatch from Hongkong warehouse and other from CN warehouse So it will have 2 package.

                  My order (3387569) ist stuck since 26.6.2015 in Payment confirmed limbo :-(
                  I paid over 70 Euros for shipping alone € for it to be delivered fast with TNT.

                        Hi i have a problem with 1 of my tronsmart vega s89 boxs.
                        Order Number: #3214987
                        It is turning itself off while watching.
                        Also the picture goes fuzzy can i please send it back for a replacement many thanks

                            Comment - ordered product on friday 3rd july and you have shipped within four days which is good now the tracking number you gave me is somebody elses

                            tracking number is RF340270959SG for singpost but it went from 3 days to Electronic notification of shipment now to Received from Customer which is super fast but im in the uk lol and havent recieved anything as its like getting a refund from a bunch of clowns on geekbuying site

                            either refund me now or i want free dhl express shipping
