I just wanna say that despite the warehouse / logistic service could be improved to speed up the shipping (it really makes little sense choosing DHL that delivers in 2-3 days but the goods take more than a week to be dispatched), that the customer service has been great. Thank you for the support.

I Got an email saying that HK stock cannot be shipped by TNT and you are going to ship by DHL.

Few hours later i got another email stating that my area is remote and asked me to check this link http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp, well My area isn"t remote, check yourself

This is absurd asking me to pay $12 more for shipping, I have no idea why there was an option for TNT if cant ship. I just tried to buy another, and there is still option to choose TNT as shipping method

On your website you stated you had stock in HK and I paid premium delivery to hopefully have my phone by now.
But after you admit you actually didn't have the phone in stock and its not even been despatched I want a refund actually I demand a refund.
You have been ignoring me in emails so I thought I post this here so people can see how poor your after sale service is.

I've emailed six times to receive only one reply , I was never informed about the stock issue until I asked for tracking from DHL after nearly a week
