I sent an email regarding my Order #3337575, but I have yet to still get a reply.
Anyway, I paid extra for DHL, but regular mail was used to ship my order. Since regular mail was used, please refund the amount I paid to use DHL.
Also, you provided me a tracking number to track my shipment but it doesn't even work with postNL.
I will appreciate it if someone looks into this.
