I sent an email regarding my Order #3337575, but I have yet to still get a reply.

Anyway, I paid extra for DHL, but regular mail was used to ship my order. Since regular mail was used, please refund the amount I paid to use DHL.

Also, you provided me a tracking number to track my shipment but it doesn't even work with postNL.

I will appreciate it if someone looks into this.

Hello,

I spoke with Mandy via Online Chat 2 days ago regarding changes to my order. My order # is 3347472 and everything has been paid. I made 2 changes in the order; item code: 341841 & 343272 changed to 339220 & 337565. I paid extra for shipping insurance and DHL shipping. My new changes in the order haven't been updated on the website and also the shipping states "standard". The order was sent our today and I'm worried my new changes to the order wasn't the one that was sent out. Also can you refund the amount I paid for DHL shipping since it was sent out today as "standard".
