Still waiting for my box to be shipped to me, How much longer do I need to wait I'm starting to get impatient now, I'm also getting bored of the same replies you keep posting about offering me $5 off and passing it to relevant members of staff. what I don't understand is how can you say a product is in stock when clearly after 4 weeks of waiting it isn't, maybe you should keep your website stocking levels updated so people like me don't purchase unavailable hardware from you guys!!!

All the items on geekbuying's site labeled " in stock "means customers can place the order freely and we have most of them in stock in our warehouse, and some certains items we just need to get them from the factory, but the factory may delay the producing time due to inadequate supply of raw materials, so this is the truth. Emma, I contacted Amy about the box I returned from order 3273415, It was returned in March to your California warehouse, and was returned with the RMA number on the package. The package has been successfully delivered since March 28th. I was told that the box was not received (I have a tracking number that says otherwise) I want my money back. I'm in the process of filing a paypal claim, Amy was informed last Thursday and i've yet to get a response. I'm going to get my money back either way. It'll either be through paypal or directly from Geekbuying. You decide. You have until April 15th to get matters resolved before I process the claim.

Well it's the California warehouse not the Spain warehouse. Also I don't know what you want me to do. Do you want me to file the Paypal dispute and you refund me or will you initiate a refund yourself? Amy is not making it clear.
