I extra order befor new year, today is 06.03.2015 and nothing same result by singapoor post, i pay extra insurrance for shipping problem, why geekbuying no answer to my mail's

It involves #3256020. I really don't care if you get thousands of emails a day. If you're running a company get proper staff to work the load.
