Hi, I have just received this box "[Germany Stock]MECOOL M8S PRO Plus YouTube 4K Netflix HD Streaming Android 7.1.1 Amlogic S905X 2GB/16GB WIFI 4Kx2K@60fps VP9 HDR10"
Order number: 4336074
This item has a faulty EMMC chip batch: SEC 713. KLMAG1JENB. This device therefore has a hardware fault and will fail flashing with future firmware updates.
I have taken a photo of the memory chip and attached it to this post.
firmware version: 20170815.182813.V0321
I would like a full refund please.
P.S I ordered from germany to be delivered to the uk, it said it would take 2-5 business days, it did not, 5 business days was the 22nd december, it arrived on 24th, it took 8 days to arrive.Last edited by spaceship9876; 25 December 2017, 16:43.

Received a box with faulty memm, advised Geekbuying, was asked to flash some firmware which bricked the box. Geekbuying offered partial refund , so tried the Paypal route. Was told by Paypal to send box back, and was refunded 30$ shipping. One month later, Paypal closed the case, stating that they could not track my box.Sent them again the tracking info , and they replied that the reason I gave for sending box back was not good for a refund.
Lessons learned here: Don't use Paypal as it give less protection than my credit card, and don't buy from Geekbuying again

Hi
I recieved on 10.01.2018 my ordered Le max 2 phone and there is a problem with the device. Order number 4357850.
The quick charge and even normal charging dosent work as it is ment too. The device charges only when its is turned off and it charges like 7-8%of battery per hour. I turned quick charge in battery setting and it did not help the device wont charge faster. Moreover when its turned on and i connnet charger the charging light lids and turn off and then charging stops.
I tried many times to check what is the issue connecting the charger first to the socket, and then to the phone and other way but it changes nothing. I also changed setting but it also deosnt work.
I checked all the charger connections many times and it still doesnt work correctly. I am afraid the device is faulty, maybe charging battery electonics is bad.
I write to you because i send several e-mals to you after sale support about DOA item on 11 and 12.01.2018 and no response there. If youd dont have solution for this i want a full refund.
